"This hotel was in walking distance to the train and the bus station. Walking distance to shopping and to alot of great pubs. Would definitely recommend the hop-on hop-off bus to see Glasgow and Edinburgh, as for the hotel itself, checking in was a little hard , the hotel was good. Food was good. Can improve in the room. We had no heat for the week we were there, could use a min fridge ,and cups for the bathroom, and a suitcase stand, over all mold was in the bathroom and by the window."

"Everything was wonderful"

"Great hotel...more than adequate for a short visit. Good breakfast and fantastic proximity to downtown. We easily walked it every day. Recommended!"

"CONS: The lack of an actual person for registration - being automated - highly object to this. Lack of amenities: no phone, fridge, microwave or sufficient seating in the rooms. No suitcase stands - suitcase has to sit on the floor. Continental B'fast and Full B'fast - on repeat - no variety from day to day. Fruit choices not necessarily fresh. PROS: Beds are very comfortable. Cleaning staff very accommodating and friendly."

"The main parking area for the facility was closed off for construction, but no notification was provided. The staff was robotic and not terribly helpful."

"Love my stay there. Scot was really helpful in assisting me whenever I needed help."

"Staff were welcoming and helping us to locate a laundromat. We couldn't check in early unless we paid a fee so we went off for an hour. Room comfortable although with Premier Inn there's a sense of not all Premier inns are maintained the same. Walls scuffed, carpet looks scuffy and worn. The cleaner came barging in at 9am our room had been ticked off already as we have left. We hadn't. Much apologies, showing the board to where it supposedly we had checked out."
