"Be careful when accessing the property. The road is the queuing line for the ferry. If there's a line, check to see if ferry is present - as there may be vehicles coming off. If the ferry is not present, the right lane may be used to access the Corran Bunkhouse entrance."

"The fridge had some fruit juice and milk for hot drinks which was lovely. Even though it wasn't a b and b, the owner had thoughtfully put some breakfast items in the room which we appreciated as we had to be in the queue for the ferry to Coll at 6.15am. "

"The owners and staff were absolutely amazing. They were so accommodating as we were getting married at the end of our stay with them. Our room was very clean bright and well decorated. Parking was very convenient. The location was very central to everything. If we ever end up in fort william again that’s the only place we will stay."

"Some resident/or residents used the toaster just after 7am Saturday morning so this was a bit distressing rushing downstairs then back upstairs to help a family member downstairs ( mobility issues) Other than the above room was clean reception lady was lovely cleaners were friendly. Thank you but perhaps a talk to residents about safety while using facilities "

"Lovely place to stay, just a few minutes walk from the centre of Oban. No traffic noise and a comfy bed means a good night's sleep. Friendly welcome and departure. No dining, but only two mins walk to local cafe/bar for an excellent breakfast. Highly recommended. "

"We enjoyed how warm the room stayed, considering it was chilly and windy outside. The room also had a sink in it which was very convenient. The staff was short and rude with us and unaccommodating, which is our only complaint of the facility. It is a very bare bones place so if you are simply looking for a place to rest your head at the end of the day, this is a good choice."

Breakfast was great and as my wife is gluten intolerant, this was no problem, as the owners went above and beyond to get her gluten free sausages.
