"From the moment we checked in Christina was absolutely delightful. She made our stay perfect. Her willingness to please was so appreciated and very professional. The location was also perfect. Right across from the ferry and a very short walk to the train station."

"The staff was amazing. The ladies helping were great! The food at the restaurant was amazing too but the servers were not attentive kinda rude dismissive. I asked for a dessert menu and she never came back to check what I wanted to order so we got tired of waiting to get her attention so we decided to just pay and leave. The laundry room needs updates I spent many hrs trying to dry my clothes and the dryer didn’t work I had to bring my wet clothes in the luggage and ended up paying for overweight due to that. Besides those two things I experience everything else was great. Also please check your hair dryers ours didn’t work but wasn’t that big of a deal. Thank you."

"Amazing hotel overlooking lake Como, really wish we could have stayed here longer! One of our all time favorites, from the room to the terrace restaurant view (great view, meh, overpriced food). And the rooftop pool and pool area/bar were spectacular. Service and cleanliness were top notch too This would definitely be on our consideration list if we are fortunate enough to find ourselves in Como again. Not cheap but worth it!"
