"I was travelling with my elderly mum who isn't very steady on her feet. On the path to our room (370), we had to cross a short footbridge that had broken boards on it and was very unsteady. It had 4 warning bollards on the completely broken boards and holes but the whole bridge should have been blocked with a detour sign to tell us an alternate route - but we didn't know that there was another way to our room so we crossed it very carefully each time. It was really dangerous. I did do some exploration and found an alternate route, but we should have been told that by reception when we booked in - and the whole path should have been blocked. It's an accident waiting to happen."
