The Avand hotel took good care of me while providing possible other solutions for the accomodation. Thus, I finally decided to have my whole stay in another hotel. The hotel management was effective and friendly in communications."

He was taking in very rude way and requested an extra 60 ANZ per day for my daughter (7years) as he said it is the policy of the hotel. But in Hotels site which is typing in the confirmation booking that any extra bed is available and it cost 20 AZN .
