Hotel is located in excellent area. Rooms were completely sound proof. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were unbelievably user friendly. Gymnasium, spa and relaxation amenities are top class. Very impressive.

Highly recommend for anyone visiting Baku! For us, our visit to the Hyatt Baku was the pinnacle of hospitality and attention to detail. Great hotel. I received a free upgrade on check-in to a junior suite which was an amazing surprise. The fitness facility here is the best gym I've ever gone to, regardless of being a hotel gym or private - totally amazing! Thanks for a great stay!

The room was clean and the hotel quiet in off season (December). Breakfast buffet had variety of local choices, and options for omelettes. Local bank next door for currency exchange. Excellent fitness center in adjacent building and great massage. Variety of restaurants within walking distance.

A fragrant hotel with the friendliest staff

The hotel smells so good from the lobby up to the room. It feels cozy and inviting. The reception, although always busy, has been helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Ilkin was particularly very accommodating. The breakfast menu hasn’t changed the whole week, but the food has been delicious. Their managers on duty (Kamran and Orxan) made sure to check on us and the other guests if everything is alright. The room has always been tidied up everyday. The housekeeping staff are nice and friendly.

The rude manner of their reception staff Mr Emin upset me at check in and put an ice bag on my shoulder diminishing my expectation of a comfortable stay. So unwelcome an attitude was surely unexpected from front office staff of a hotel like Hyatt Regency .

I gave 2 stars for good smoking balcony in reception Otherwise, it's frustrating. Far from Nizami street, main door's lock was broken We felt like our room was opened to the public , toilet door hinges were fallen, and shower water was too cold. Finally, the furniture wasvery worn out and depressing, as if we are living in the nineties. 😪😪😪

Good Hotel but service poor

Good hotel but service needs to improve drastically. They only provide limited bottles of water in the room. When I called for water they said if you want after 8 pm you have to pay. I agreed ordered at 10:40pm after 6 calls water came at 11:30pm. We were sleeping in the room at 9:30am and the house keeping knocked and open the door and entered. We were literally shocked. Also hotel and its staff is not equipped to handle this sudden rush in tourism.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen so das man innerhalb weniger Autominuten bei den beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten ist. Das frühstück war gut. Zimmer wurden nur ganz oberflächlich wenn überhaupt gereinigt. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man auch an den Zimmern, die Betten sind auch sehr klein. Das Personal ist leider teilweise auch unfreundlich.
