Welcome to Greenlands, a beautifully restored Grade II listed cottage that blends historic charm with modern comforts.

Conveniently located opposite the cottage, you’ll find not only the Thornbridge Brewery, known for its delightful pizza nights (reservations recommended), and the Wye Bakehouse, perfect for sweet treats and freshly baked bread, but also an Aldi supermarket—ideal for stocking up on essentials during your stay. For chocolate lovers, the Holdsworth Chocolate Factory is just a short walk in the opposite direction.

-Living Room- The heart of the cottage, complete with a functioning log burner and two giant sofas which face in on each other, separated by a large wooden coffee table. The bookshelf here is stacked with board games for all ages and groups.
-Kitchen- Fully equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, and coffee machine—everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
-Dining Room- A spacious area that seats up to 8, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals or takeaways from one of Bakewell’s many restaurants.
-Movie Room- Perfect for movie nights, boasting a 75" smart TV, large u-shaped sofa, sound bar and mood lighting.
-Bathroom- Equipped with a bath, shower, WC, and sink.
-Mezzanine- This space can be set up with a sofa bed upon request or simply used as a relaxing area.
-Utility Room- Includes a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
-Log Cabin Sauna- Enjoy the luxury of your own sauna, located on the upper patio.
Formed of two main rooms; a changing and seating area, also great for hanging towels or gowns. Followed by the sauna room itself, with two tier benches for seating 6-8 people and windows to the forest behind.
Heated with a top of the line Havana heater and granite rocks.

Consisting of outdoor dining, with seating for up to 10 guests. As well as our open fire pit, surrounded by 6 large wooden armchairs.
Parking is available for up to 4 cars.

There’s plenty to explore nearby, from Bakewell’s famous ‘Pudding Shops’ to historic sites like Chatsworth House, which hosts various events throughout the year, Haddon Hall, and the Monsal Trail. Perfect for walking and cycling. Also within easy reach are Hardwick Hall and the spa town of Buxton.

Checking in is a breeze with our secure digital lock system. You’ll receive a personalized access code 48 hours before arrival, which activates shortly before check-in.
Follow the rear patio to the back door, where the digital keypad lock is located. Simply place your palm on the lock until the screen illuminates. Punch in you're code and you're in!
