"This place is amazing. Once we checked in, we instantly inquired about an extension. We could not stay for just 1 night. You have everything you need to escape from reality here. The beach is amazing to walk during low tide and when it’s high tide, the kayak is there to use. The pool (jacuzzi) was relaxing. I am definitely looking forward to staying here again."

"The villa was as described. Everything was clean, in working order. No problems. The complex is really nice. Marisol responded very quickly to any request. The only thing I commented about was the noise of the washing machine. I worried that neighbors would come and ask what was going on it was so loud. We would definitely stay there again."

"The condo was fantastic and exceeded all our expectations, and that is saying something having our three adult children with us. Being on the first floor, it gave us easy access to the pool that was never crowded and the beach was right there. The location was also central to many activities. We really enjoyed our stay. Our one suggestion would be to update the beach chairs provided by the owner. They are a little dated. Just a small thing for what overall was a great trip to PR."

"It was a bit confusing to get nack to the building once we arrived at the resort, but all the resort staff were friendly and patient helping us to get where we needed to be. The condo is beautiful and comfortable. We stayed with extended family and had plenty of space for everyone. We had a couple minor issues during our stay, but maintenance and the owner were incredibly responsive and resolved the issues quickly and with very little inconvenience. "The villa was well equipped and the location within the rio mar complex and the beach great. The host Lydia was very attentive and helpful. The only downside was that the oven did not worked and the air conditioning of the main area dripped water the whole stay. Asides from that it was a pleasant stay."

"We brought our kids and grandkids (11 of us total) and it was great that each family unit got their own section of the villa. The pool was great and well stocked with toys, floaties and yard games. The view of the ocean was amazing from each level of the villa. We enjoyed lots of excursions, restaurants and activities, most of which were less than 30 minutes away."
