"The pool was warm but the hot tub was out of order today so not able to use which was very disappointing seeing as it wasn't working properly yesterday either and is a big part of the attraction of staying at Cave Castle. It was also not pointed out by the leisure centre staff when wishing to use the leisure facilities which it should have been. Poor service definitely"

"Unfortunately the stay was not a pleasant one! We stayed for two nights and on arrival the room was set up as a twin, this was quickly resolved by staff though. We reported that the pillows were insufficient and need more , we were told they were full and had no spares. The worst thing was the bed which was very uncomfortable and due to the very thin worn mattress’s, they were very thin and it felt that the springs were digging in to you. On the plus side the pub was nice with decent food but the whole experience was let down by the total disregard for customer comfort."

"Great Location,.. Pleasant area, Very Close to Rail station/lge shopping centre/Tescos/restaurants and very walkable to City's Heritage sights and theatre Good sized pleasant ensuite room. Weatherspoons ( and takeaways)..across the road for breakfast/ etc. Hotel bar not available but lge sports bar underneath hotel. Will Def call here again. "
