Our brand new apartment is located in Villamagna, a small town on the Florentine hills 12 km from the center of Florence.
The apartment is equipped with all comforts: WIFI, air conditioning / heating, panoramic terrace.
In just 10 minutes you can reach the south of Florence, the highway and public transport with which to move around the city.
It is also well positioned to explore all the fantastic Tuscan places: Siena, San Gimignano, the Chianti, the coast, etc.
So you can enjoy the beauty of Tuscany without giving up relaxation and nature.
The "Piero" apartment has been converted from an old barn maintaining the typical characteristics of the building and the area, but studying modern solutions with a refined and refined furnishing in detail.
The apartment is located inside our farm: in fact we produce vegetables, fruit, wine, oil, legumes and processed products that, if desired, can be purchased by guests.
For those who also want to try their hand at some practical activity, it will be possible to organize experiences related to sowing, harvesting, cooking and processing of products in the company.

The apartment is on two floors:
on the ground floor there is the living room-kitchen with a table for 6 people and a double sofa bed.
On the first floor, the master bedroom with views of the countryside and the complete bathroom with shower
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people including children who do not pay as extra guests under the age of 6.
From the living room-kitchen there is access to a splendid terrace equipped with table, chairs and umbrella. Here you can relax, eat and enjoy suggestive aperitifs with sunset views.
The other half of the terrace houses a second apartment, the Giulio apartment, which if desired can be rented simultaneously, accommodating up to 8 people of the same family, friends, etc.

In the property there are also the swimming pool (open from mid-May to the end of October), the barbecue and the pizza oven, which can be used by guests.
