"The only complaints I have were about the housekeeping. We left a “do not disturb” on the door while we went for breakfast downstairs….we wanted to get back into our room quickly after breakfast because we had somewhere to go. A note was left for us minutes before we got back that our room would not be cleaned. Housekeeping was still right there outside our room!
The next day was checkout day and although checkout time was noon, they let themselves into our room without knocking (once) and immediately after knocking (twice!) starting at 10 a.m. I let the front desk know we were not happy!"
