The proximity to the sea, as well as to the train and metro stops that take you to any part of Barcelona are just great. The organization of picking up and handing over the key is perfect. "This place is not located where it says it is in Expedia. It says it is in the neighborhood called Gracia. But it is in another municipality called L'Hospitalet, very far from everything and dangerous at night. The day we departed we were exposed to a dangerous man trying to get into the building who was intoxicated. I am highly disappointed with Expedia as we submitted a complaint as soon as we realized the place was not where it is announced. But nothing happened. Avoid this place. "

"Beautiful apt, spacious felt like a house. Nespresso machine was perfect for coffee in the a.m. looks exactly like the pictures. No ac was only a factor 1st and 2nd day lots of airflow. One suggestion, maybe a smaller table fan for the room opposed to the industrial fan that was extremely loud. We enjoyed the apt and neighborhood. "
