"The front desk staff Tiara was extremely helpful. But, for all the 3 days we were there, there was no internet and it inconvenienced us a lot. The management should reimburse us back at least 20 percent of the tariff."

The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "Beautiful stay at Eden. We were picked up from the train station and checked in quickly. The room was phenomenal with a view over the lake to the Alps. We could have sat on the balcony all day just watching the goats walk around. The breakfast buffet hot food was a bit cold, but you could order fresh eggs a la carte which was perfect. A good selection of food and good coffee. We had a dinner at the restaurant and the food and service were impeccable. We also had a massage with Jasone, one of the best ever, she was very experienced. The town of Spiez was great to walk around, a perfect stay, thanks to all the staff for making it so lovely. "
