Auszeit mit pro und contra
Die Wohnung war für unsere 4köpfige Familie absolut komfortabel von Platz, Stauraum, Einrichtung/Ausstattung. Nur etwas hellhörig in Wohnung und Haus und leider auf dem Land ohne Insektenschutzgitter, das hat einige schlaflose Stunden bei Groß und Klein verursacht. Wir haben von der Wohnung aus viele Ausflüge starten können, dafür war die Lage perfekt. Nur muss man bedenken, dass man für alle Besorgungen auf das Auto angewiesen ist. Die Wohnung liegt in Litzldorf, das ist "nur" Kreis Bad Feilnbach, von Litzldorf aus kann man nichts zu Fuß besorgen. Der angegebene Bäcker hat 6 Tage die Woche nur bis 10 Uhr morgens geöffnet. Aber für Spaziergänge und kleine Wanderungen ist auch hier die Wohnung ein super Start.

Sehr tolle Gegend. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflugsziele in Deutschland und Österreich. Die Wohnung ist schön hell und gibt tolle Ausblicke in die Berge und hinein ins flache Land. Restaurant LandWirtschaft nach weniger als 5 Min. erreichbar, sehr empfehlenswerte bayrische Küche. Bäckerei mit leckeren Brötchen und vielen mehr ebenfalls zu Fuß in 5 Min. erreichbar.

Sehr schöne FeWo in guter Lage
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der „Kleinen Auszeit“. Der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und unterstützt bei jeder Anfrage, alles war sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage ist optimal für Aktivitäten im Umland (z.B. nur 20´ bis zum Sudelfeld oder 35´ ins Skigebiet Wilder Kaiser). Der Bäcker und Gasthof im Ort sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Kurzurlaub in Oberbayern
Wir waren als Kurzurlaub fur 5 Tage im Objekt. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem kleinen Dorf etwas außerhalb. Sehr schöne Gegend, fürs Wandern und Spazierengehen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Insbesondere in der Küche fehlte uns nichts. In anderen Ferienwohnungen fehlten oft Auflaufformen oder Schüsseln. Hier ist alles da. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wohnt im selben Haus.
