"The Lotus Boutique was an excellent establishment. They were incredibly helpful with booking the best tours I've been on. We went to Halong Bay and SaPa from Hanoi and even though we only stayed one night at the guesthouse, they arranged for our travel for 4 days, offering to hold our bags and driving us to the airport. The staff was really friendly, always available and extremely helpful. The room itself was spacious and clean. I was amazed as how little i paid for such great accommodations and service.
