"Beautiful hotel and located at strategic plan. Feel like home, as all the staffs are very attentive and friendly. Everything is walking distance. We arrived early in the morning and the manager Alex immediately arranged 2 rooms for us. Alex was very accommodating and answered all our enquiries pertaining to Hanoi. He also helped to book Halong Bay cruise and day tour for us. My father in-law left his souvenirs bag in the van on the way back from Halong Bay. Alex helped to contact"

"We had a wonderful time in Hanoi and our stay at the Champton was great! Perfect location with easy walking to everything. The breakfast buffet was different every day and delicious. The staff was excellent. Also the bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay again and would recommend friends to stay. The rooftop pool was a bonus! "

"Good location in the Old Quarter, the hotel have limitations due to its existing structure. However, it has a fantastic team of front office staff that assisted us during our recent stay, helping us in getting on local tours, recommending food establishments and sorting out airline tickets.
