"Great place if you are planning a trip to Bali. The staff were excellent in terms of being helpful and they have a lot of dining options. The breakfast and the service staff were awesome. The resort has excellent facilities in terms of pool, gym, pool table, ping pong table or just lying on the beach in cabanas under shady trees. You will love your stay here and they also have a great spa with some awesome therapists, make sure to get a massage to add to you already relax and rejuvenating trip...

"Lovely big hotel, grand old wooden staircase and roofings. Big hotel but never felt over crowded plenty of room for everyone! Breakfast very good. Staff lovely, deluxe room was big and clean. The only downfall really was the shower never got hot, just lukewarm.Great quiet location, good bars and markets 10 mins walk. Beachfront, amazibg!"

Outstanding hotel with the best service
"we had a fantastic 4 days at this hotel. It was 5 star on every level. The stand out is the staff who are so friendly helpful and kind and can never do enough for you. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is incredible with the widest selection of food you can imagine. The pool area is beautiful and the food in all the restaurants excellent. "
