The staff’s communication was impeccable; they messaged us on WhatsApp before we even arrived to help with check-in. "Staff were friendly and accommodating and there was good water pressure in the walk in shower. However there wasn't a kettle and the lights in the bathroom didn't work. Next to a night club so was very loud until late. Free parking and staff were very helpful to make a cup of tea which is not a common thing in Italy!"
