"Amazing hotel"

"Friendly helpful staff, clean room slightly tired, excellent breakfast with quality sausages and bacon! Friday and Saturday nights can be quite loud outside the hotel being a city centre location."

"only thing i got to say is for breakfast i liked the way you got a pot of tea insaid you have to make your own tea, you are eating your breakfast then you have to back up for more tea breakfast gets cold thanks"

"I had the best stay here! Sinclair was an amazing host, as well as the rest of the staff st the guesthouse too. I loved the little touch of the cookies and the bottles of water in the room too. "Spotless & a 5-star feel to the property & room"

"A clean and quiet B&B close to Ayr beach and Pavilion, within walking distance of the town centre. The owner is helpful, just remember to let them know your approximate arrival time."
