"Very clean"

"Our stay of 6 nights was very pleasant. The location is just perfect so taking the train is easy and convenient, We took Narita Express to and from the airport. I’d definitely stay at Sotetsu again if I return to Yokohama. The room is spacious with a seating area. It’s bright and very clean."

"Wonderful hotel that is located on the perfect spot for those guests who are embarking the cruise ship in the Yokohama port. The staff is very helpful and very courteous. The room is nice, spic and span clean, and full of amenities. It’s a short walk to the China town. The train station (nihon-odori) is right by the hotel which is very convenient. We have a very good stay there even for just one night."
