"The room was a bit small as you'd expect from Tokyo. So you need to get a bit creative with how you open your bags. But the location is great since it's easy access to JR Rail. Lots of free amenity items if you've forgotten something. Check-in process was easy and much of the staff speak good English and were helpful the one time we needed to call for assistance. There are only 4 laundry machines but you can check their status from the TV. The 5th floor of the building is mostly restaurants...

"施設は少し老朽化しているが、清潔感を保つように努力されている。シャワー室はそろそろ設備入れ替えて頂けるとありがたいです。 枕が小さく、低くて寝づらい。加湿器が無い為、エアコンをつけて寝ると乾燥して喉や肌が荒れるので布団は少し厚みのある方が冬から春先は良いと思う。ユニクロのライトダウンを持って行ったので寒さはしのげた。無料コーヒーや味噌汁は嬉しいサービス。携帯充電は延長コードを持って行くと便利。 スタッフの方は親切でした。"
