"Hotel staff is passionated and their dining is high quality. Nothing much nearby so stay in the hotel to enjoy their program and facility"

"Absolutely amazing experience staying at this property. It was so beautiful, the meals were a feast for both the eyes and the mouth and the service was unmatched."

"Hanamurasaki is beautiful in almost every way. The rooms are huge and gorgeous, everything is spotlessly clean, and the location relative to the river and the rest of town is perfect. Our room had a private outdoor mineral bath. Yes, it’s very expensive, but we definitely feel like it was a worthy experience. We had omakase dinners five of our first 10 nights in Japan and our only complaint about Hanamurasaki would be that the omakase dinners were a little too hard-core Japanese for us. Most of...

"best house keeper"

"Nice staff, great restaurant on site and great location. The hotel is a little dated but very clean and well maintained"

"Great location by the river - the river trail is gorgeous. Staff is friendly and nice they provide shuttle service to train station. The onsen is good but wish it had a view. Breakfast buffet is nice. Our room was good but the balcony overlooking the river is not clean and we did not go out on it which was a bummer."
