"We chose this location because it was a mile from our family. It was perfect. Lovely space, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was supplied with all needed dishes/utensils, close to restaurants, grocery, and access to main streets. Quiet neighborhood. Off-street parking. Communication with owner was incredibly reliable and friendly-checking in for comfort and if we needed anything."

"The place is a gem. It is pristine, bright and inviting. It has two nice bedrooms with lovely linens and a very large bathroom in between the two bedrooms.. The pool is right outside the door and has a lovely patio. The pictures really don’t do it justice - it is way nicer. You absolutely will enjoy your stay. We are from NYC and pretty fussy about where we sleep and this was beautiful!"

The property is clean, quiet and comfortable, everything worked as expected and we had zero issues for once! You will be surrounded by tons of amenities and things to do in Uptown Phoenix. The owners were more than accommodating for our needs and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we requested including a standup desk for work. I cannot recommend this place enough- book it- you won’t...

"Casita and yard was in disrepair. Ceiling electrical, beams exposed throughout entire casita. Bathroom has holes where bars missing. No towel rack, missing handle on vanity. No toilet paper, and other supplies. Bed linens poor quality no blankets, bed had 2sheets, thin cover. Casita furniture poor quality. Broken metal patio set laying around front of casita entrance. Our car had to be parked on the street, with a very long walk from car to casita on grass , from street curb, to long gravel...

"Fun property, great room. Loved that the bedroom was separate. Pools were awesome! It is great that there were adult-only areas. Only drawback is the parking. There is no parking close to our room and it was quite a hike to bring our gear in the heat. Otherwise, good experience."

"The property is in a nice area with lots of restaurants and things to do around. I didn’t receive check-in instructions until I asked about 6 hours before I arrived. When I got to the property the code didn’t work and I needed to call the host to get the key out of the lock box. After check-in, the place was wonderful. It was a comfortable and quiet space that was clean and everything was in working order. Would definitely stay again - but would be weary of the check-in issues."
