AN UNBEATABLE LOCATION:

On EagleVail golf course in a picturesque romantic setting, our vacation home is ideally located between two world-class ski resorts: Beaver Creek Ski Resorts and Vail Resorts. It has been a top choice for family and groups for ski and summer vacations.

EagleVail is a highly sought-after vacation destination for all seasons, centrally located for white-water rafting, mountain biking, zip-lining, hiking, camping, horse-back riding. Summer and fall are known for art fairs, outdoor concerts, movies under the stars, farmers market, etc. Eagle Vail also is known for its pickle ball and tennis facilities in the summer. Paddle boarding on Lake Nottingham, a summer favorite.

EagleVail is a quaint residential community with tree-lined streets, parks, tennis courts, golf course, and a heated community pool. Though it is in the middle of world-class dining, skiing, and apres-ski entertainment, the neighborhood itself is peaceful: important for anyone who enjoys a good night sleep.

Downtown Avon, about 2.4 miles away, has Starbucks, gourmet deli's, bakeries, grocery stores, many award winning restaurants and a shopping plaza.

THE VACATION HOME:

With nearly 2,300 sq ft of living space, 2-car attached garage, the house has well-appointed 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths. South-facing, the house is flooded with sunlight and have great view of golf course and mountain from most rooms. Completely expanded and renovated during 2023, the home is perfectly updated to provide ultimate comfort and luxury.

All four bedrooms are on 2nd floor (no basement rooms!), have high vaulted ceilings, large windows with beautiful views!!!
- Master suite: king size bed, en-suite luxury bathroom, and closets.
- Kids' bedroom, twin/full bunk beds (sleeps 3), and a bonus loft with two additional single beds. The kids room is very fun and can accommodate up to five kids/teens.
- The guest bedroom has a queen and a twin beds, with direct access to the bathroom, perfectly suited as a 2nd master suite
- Family room/office/4th bedroom with brand new sectional sleeper sofa, desk and chair

The entire house has custom woodwork throughout, tasteful and quality furnishings. New 2024 flat screen TV in every bedroom.

South-facing kitchen features Dacor appliances, new countertop and flooring, and top of the line finishes. Kitchen is well stocked for your daily cooking and holiday entertainment. Coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, blender, etc are provided.

There is a gas grill and a private hot tub on the new patio. LG Washer and Dryer, new 2024, 8-pair boot dryer, ski and snow board racking right outside dining room in the newly finished garage.

PARKING, TRANSPORTATION:

There is an attached two car garage with brand-new flooring and furnishing, including bench to remove ski boots, a new boot drying system, and ski/snowboard rack. Guests are welcome to park in the garage, also on our private drive way.

Vail Village, Lionshead, Golden Peak are the same Vail Exit, about 8 miles or 15 min drive east from the house. Beaver Creek is about 2.4 miles drive to the west.

If you choose not to drive your own car, Eagle Vail is served by Eagle County Transit (ECO Transit) to Beaver Creek and Vail, the route is called Highway 6 Route. For more detailed schedule, please check eaglecounty.us under department and services, ECO Transit.

A Wonderful Getaway!

Awesome Stay!

My family and I had a great stay here in Eagle Vail. The house looks even better than the pictures. Getting to the mountain every day was super convenient, and the views were incredible. We loved the updated finishes and features of the house, especially the hot tub and boot drier. BJ is a great host, very attentive. We already booked the house again for our vacation next year.

Couldn't have asked for more. House was close to Vail and Beaver Creek. Had beds for all, well stocked kitchen, great wifi for the kids and a hot tub to relax in after a day on the slopes.

We had a great experience staying at this home. My wife was impressed how well stocked the kitchen was. The hot tub worked great and they had lots of towels. Spacious view in the backyard. Kids loved the loft in the one bedroom. We would definitely rent again. Thanks so much!

Well Located and Comfortable!

Well appointed and updated kitchen with cozy comfortable living room. Loved the wood fireplace! Spotlessly clean and had very comfortable beds with ample fresh linens. Upper bathrooms could use some updates which pictures don't reveal and the floorpan is a bit odd, but overall and excellent experience!

Great home in a great location

We were two adults and four teenagers, and this place was perfect. It's a beautiful home--big bedrooms, three bathrooms with showers, and a nice dining room gave us all plenty of space to relax (either together or separately). The fireplace, hot tub, and incredibly nice kitchen also helped make our stay very enjoyable. Combine all of that with the perfect location for skiing Beaver Creek and Vail, and you'd got one awesome rental. Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

Spring Break 2023

We had such a great time staying at this property! The location was convenient to the mountain. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked! I booked this property because the den sofa looked comfortable and large enough for everyone to enjoy a movie on the TV and the hot tub was a plus. The owner was very accommodating. We had one small issue with the hot tub and the owner promptly addressed it. There was plenty of dry seasoned wood for the fireplace. We had a wonderful stay.

Comfortable Vacation Home

The house was very comfortable although darker than the pictures depicted online. Everything was great but some extras (some important others that just would have been just nice) were missing. Most important is there was no sand to spread at the front door and where to access wood. Very slippery! Also no soaps, shampoos as advertised. No extra blankets. Little things like good potholders ( we were there at thanksgiving) and board games would have been appreciated. However, the house itself - no complaints - and the beds were very comfortable! Lastly, the highlights were the fireplace and hottub!

Perfect location nestled in the mountains...

This home is perfectly located just 15 and 20 minutes from Beaver Creek and Vail resorts. The home is beautiful with lots of room for guests. Loved the kitchen and outdoor grill. Family loved the hot tub! The layout is great. Kids will love the bedroom with spiral staircase up to the loft. Cool! Everything you could possibly need is 5 minutes into town of Avon. Lots of restaurants to choose from. The town is filled with beautiful sculptures/statues. Need to come back when there's less snow covering them! We visited the week of January 6 to 12, 2018. Lucked out with weather and got fresh snow twice that week. Both resorts were not really crowded since the holiday rush was over. We like to try new places to ski every year, but would absolutely come back here. The house is that great and you can't beat Beaver Creek and Vail for great skiing! ( If you have young kids, consider bringing a board game or two. We did not see a DVD player, but Netflix was available )

Vail at its best

A fabulous ski vacation at a terrific property. The location in Eagle-Vail is perfect as it is only minutes from Vail and Beaver Creek and also close to the best shopping in the Vail Valley. The house is ideally suited for a ski vacation with large and comfortable rooms, totally remodeled bathrooms, indoor garage and a kitchen that is perfect for preparing our own meals, and avoiding the crowded and insanely overpriced restaurants in the Vail Valley. Can't wait to go back and will definitely rent this lovely home again.
