From the time I arrived the welcome was genuinely warm and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast room and selections were wonderful and the attendant was there to serve. The entire hotel was nicely appointed and attractive.

The hotel was clean and centrally located to shops and restaurants. However I would point out that we arrived on Sunday afternoon and all shops were closed. This was a little disappointing because we were only there for one night. Pasquale was at the Hotel desk and was an excellent resource answering all of our questions and concerns. The breakfast that came with the room was also excellent. This hotel would be a recommendation from me as it was a wonderful experience.

Nice rooms and a nice, accommodating staff. The hotel itself is not in the best area and is a train ride/ taxi ride away from most things in Naples. They supposedly have a shuttle service to the city center, but they were not running it while we were there. The Spa was relaxing, although some of the "relax" packages were not really explained much beforehand. Great place with friendly staff, modern rooms, and amazing breakfast. Our room was very comfortable, quiet, and clean. I would also highly recommend the massage service. Andrea, the massage therapist comes to your room and gives wonderful massages to help you relax and unwind after a long day of walking around town. Must try!

This hotel is absolutely delicious in every way, except finding it. Being city dwellers from LA and quite street savvy, we ignored previous reviews and attempted to drive there ourselves. DO NOT. Unless you want to fight with your partner for 2 hours and absolutely hate the place before you even arrive. Just park the car in a safe lot and take a taxi- or better yet, don't bring a car at all. A newly opened hotel - Steps from all the action! Very Clean, comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful when asking for advice. Breakfast was included and there was a nice offering. I was going on a cruise and the port was only a 5 min drive away. I had the single room which was small but perfect for me. Nice size bathroom. Had a balcony as well. I would defiantly stay here again!

This hotel was a 5-star hotel in all respects and even better it was not a big chain owned hotel. Beautiful decor and room. Front desk was amazing. They arranged transfer from the airport and private all day tour of the Amalfi Coast. Amazing trip, great hotel. Staff was the best!

The room and bathroom were clean, spacious and the lighting was great. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious offering a wide array of things to choose from including delicious Italian baked goods. The staff was great and so helpful trying to make our stay an enjoyable one. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Gave great tips on how to get around, places to see and eat. They were able to check us in early as well. Breakfast in the morning was good and convenient. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and we had a balcony. The room was refreshed daily as well. We were a little away from the main historic center which is what we wanted so it was quiet and there was a great restaurant on the same block for dinner and good rooftop bars close by. Everything was good, except that I found a half empty bottle in the frige, which I guess was left by the last guest and the cleaningman didn't clean the inside of the frige, thus not throwing it away.

Room was really nice and quiet, staff was amazing and the location is good as long as you want to me close to the train station. Only thing I didn’t like was the fitness center, old, small and too basic

Hotel is amazing. New hotel. Beautiful gardens and restaurant. The dinner in the hotel restaurant is incredible! What no one tells you is that the town is very run down and not pleasant. Think that’s why the hotel is behind a closed gate! Kinda strange. But most people just come to visit the palace.

Ok, I was admittedly reluctant to book an unknown place, and particularly in Naples. Naples is a crazy city (think NYC on steroids) and not my favorite, but we had to stay the night because of travel connections. The most difficult part was having a clear understanding of how you access the NAP guest house from the street address. Piazza Bovio is a well known traffic circle and No. 22 is on one side. Taxis have no trouble finding it or dropping you off. Once there, you go past an entry gate...

Wonderfully located hotel close to everything this wonderful city has to offer. Really, this is a perfect hotel. The only issue was at breakfast which is served at a beautiful rooftop terrace. They have at least 4 people clearing and setting the breakfast table but only one person serving coffee. Each time I asked for coffee they would say that only that one person could serve coffee (this is a vertically managed anything in Italy). Sometimes we had to wait ten minutes just to get coffee.
