"I thought the place was extremely clean. The bed was super soft. The shower was great and nice and hot. It would have been nice to have a bit of sugar in the apartment to accompany the coffee machine but I was able to grad some in the local supermarket and left it there for others to use. All the appliances are brand new and working. My favourite part of this apartment was how well I slept. It is a quiet area and as mentioned the bed was perfect!! I will definitely stay here again."

"It was a great place to stay. We loved having a kitchen and a washing machine. The bathrooms were great with excellent water pressure. They had a hairdryer shampoo and body wash available. They cleaned our towels and sheets midway through our one week stay. Maria was wonderful. She was her contact."

"Great way to spend a night in Madrid! Cutw little apartment. Kitchen was very well stocked, furniture was great, plenty of supplies. Aircon was nice. Bathroom was super clean. And very easy train trip to Puerta del Sol. The second bed is a little too small for two adults to share, but we would stay at this location again!"

Con lo que respecta a la entrada, el edificio parece una guarderia y se veia de baja calidad. El apartamento es muy lindo por dentro pero por fuera no es como las fotos y es un angosto y cuesta mucho entrar al baño. Solo hay 2 cuartos que no tiene nada de comodidades, es muy limitado todo, no hay cobijas, colchones, almohadas, toallas extras. No hay nada de comodidades para...

"Pedro has created a very comfortable studio apartment. It’s very clean and has a lot of amenities. It’s easily accessible by bus or metro (both are great ways to get around) to the old town of Madrid or the soccer stadium. Pedro sent a lot of great, helpful information. "Communication was lacking. We rang the bell when we got there and no answer. The neighbor let us in. But we had the code for the lockbox to get our key so we didn’t need much after that. No communication from the property manager other than the initial info to get in. The place had everything we needed. The kitchen was difficult to cook in. The stove is so close to the refrigerator that the pan doesn’t actually fit on the burner. And it doesn’t get very hot so cooking food was a challenge....
