"I have stayed at this property several time and each time had a good experience. Very close to the international station and town centre, shopping centre. Quiet rooms. Easy check-in & out (even after late arrival). Be aware however that the only hot drink in the room is herbal tea (fine by me as that’s all I drink) mini bar is available (at a cost obviously)… "

We ended up having to stay an extra night when one of our kids got sick and they were so wonderful and flexible as our plans shifted and evolved. The hotel itself was clean, had a unique style, and met our needs. We also took advantage of the laundry service while we were there, which worked out very well. "Excellent option for a budget hotel. The room was clean, very quiet, and completely adequate for what we needed (just a place to sleep in peace). There are no complimentary hot drinks facilities in the room or the hotel, which was a shame. The hotel is not in in nicest part of Lille but is a far enough away from the station and main street of shops to feel safe and peaceful."

"The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and spacious. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming, and the staff made us feel at home. Breakfast was also very good. There is underground parking available, and if you stay at the hotel, you can validate at the reception for £10 per day, which I think is very reasonable."
