"Big room, clean, big bathrooms, in the heart of Goreme, with all the dinning spot all around it. BEST THING WAS THERE BREAKFAST, WITH ORGANIC HONEY, BUTTER, YOGHURT etc. they set the standard so high that after this we didn’t like the breakfast of any other places in Istanbul highly recommended breakfast "

"We liked this place so much we stayed an extra night. AMAZING breakfast. Great variety, delicious salads and spreads every morning, wonderful eggs/omelets. Our room was huge and quiet, bed was super comfortable, and we loved the little cave-y details around the room. We had one small issue with bits of the ceiling in the bathroom falling into the floor and onto our things (grit/sandy material), but not sure if this is a fixable issue since the room was directly below the kitchen/breakfast area so I assume it was falling from the vibrations of people walking above. Overall, however, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't really affect our stay (we also did not inform the hotel about this). The staff was extremely helpful with everything we needed. Spectacular views from the terraces and hotel is close to amazing restaurants."

"A very magical experience facilitated by even kinder, and more magical people. The view from the terrace is wonderful. Deniz was extremely helpful, knowledgable, and informative, he helped us arrange our hot air balloon excursion, and also discussed other tour options with us :). Housekeeping did their best to maintain a kept and tidy room, and their efforts never went unnoticed, or unappreciated. Overall, this hotel is great, with a lovely location very central to lively ambiances. We were blown away by the beauty of the hotel, the helpfulness of the staff, and really look forward to coming back sometime in the near future. 10/10 would recommend :). "

"We had a wonderful stay at Carus. I was impressed by the customer service, not only was service related to the hotel great, but also they were so helpful in booking other services including airport transfers, hot air balloon rides and various tours of the sites in the area. Hotel staff also honored the Expedia VIP benefits without me having to ask, which I greatly appreciated. Views from the room and rooftop were amazing. Dining at hotel rooftop is limited and very European style, but there are many dining options in town within walking. "
