"The major problem we had was the hotel was that the room was not ready by check-in time at 3pm. We weren't able to do the things we needed to do before the concert like charge our phones and get ready. Plus made us late to the merch lines, which we were looking forward to that. The staff seemed bothered by me asking about when the room was going to be ready. The view was of a fire escape. The view was not a big deal, though. The beds were comfortable.
