Featuring 2,393 sq. ft. of living space with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests. | Built in 1915 (fully remodeled in 2000) and retains all the island charm that Catalina has to offer with a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of cooking space and all the essentials for a large group or family. | This home also features a private balcony with lots of seating for everyone and a propane grill. | The closest grocery stores are Vons, Abe's Liquor Store and Vons Express. Nearby coffee shops include Ben's Bakery, Catalina Coffee & Cookie Co and Cafe Metropole. Would be 5 stars if the beds and pillows were a little nicer (not bad, just could be better) and if the golf cart that is in the garage were able to be used by the guests. Those are the only 2 little, nit-picky things I can think of. Overall, fantastic place to stay, awesome views, killer kitchen and area to hang out with plenty of seating. Without the golf cart you can still walk into the "downtown" no problem, however you'd need to rent something to do any real exploring. We walked up to the botanical gardens and that was a decent hike but overall was worth it. Highly recommend.

Our stay was fantastic - beautiful house to celebrate a couple of girlfriends special birthdays. Six of us comfortably stayed in this beautiful place. Other than the hill (which was definitely manageable) the location is great to get all around the island. Truly enjoyed our stay at this terrific property.

We stayed 4 nights. The view from patio was the best. Kitchen is well stocked and top of the line appliances. Lots of space for families/couples. TV upstairs and downstairs is great for families with kids. Short walk to downtown area. Up hill walk home but definitely worth the view.

We loved this home. Very cozy, great kitchen (we cooked most of our meals) and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we highly recommend. Good communication with the property manager. We had a group of 6. It is a bit of a hike of the hill with luggage, but we managed!

Nice, spacious 4 BR, 2 level house. Great kitchen. Good bathrooms. The hill to the house is steep and you must go up an outside flight of stairs to enter. Otherwise no complaints. Several of us are in our 70s and did it okay.

This house is the best! Eight of us stayed for a long wedding weekend. Roomy, well designed, everything we needed was there. We were able to keep our e-bikes in the garage, used the beach chairs and umbrella, beautiful kitchen and awesome deck. So much fun!!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this home. It was so nice to sit outside on the deck & enjoy the beautiful view. The house was very clean & furnished with a really great beach/ocean decor. The beds were comfortable. Everyone had plenty of room & we were thrilled with the 3 bathrooms. We were all able to sit together at the dining room table for meals & the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need for cooking. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a women's trip and worked out perfectly. It was a great location and we worked up an appetite going up and down the hill and the stairs. The kitchen was fantastic, the bedrooms great and it was wonderfully well appointed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for happy hour and early morning coffee. We could tell sometime enjoyed decorating the home with beach themed touches. I would highly recommend and would stay here again anytime.

House was great but there is no hot water downstairs. Need better pillows. The tv never worked with sound. Had to use app for tv sound to work. We all had to shower upstairs to have hot water

Great kitchen and location. Big enough for a group of 8. Comfortable beds. But cleaner rang doorbell at 8:45 just to say that we need to leave by 10. We were told we could leave a little later by the property manager but that apparently wasn’t communicated to the cleaners. I have never stayed at a place where the cleaners think it’s ok to come knocking before check out.

We stayed at 220W in late July 2024 - 3 nights. It was great! I will say that the house is located midway up a very steep hill and once you get to the house there is lots of stairs. I highly recommend using either Ride Circuit or hailing a cab when going to the house with luggage or those who struggle with walking up hills. Once you get in the house, they offer a garage code that is at street level. We found this useful to store things we didn't need up in the house like drag along wagons or water toys we brough along. The kitchen has an amazing gas oven/range and Subzero Fridge. I highly recommend parasailing and renting a cabana at Decantso Beach Club.

Lots of pots, pans, and utensils in the kitchen. Nice grill on the deck. Great for our group that likes to cook together. We had some issues with the hot water not being hot... but then it was hot again so who knows? House was not cleaned properly upon check-in, but management made it right in the end. I bring this up not to say this place is not clean (I expect the problem was a bit of bad luck on a busy week and is not the norm), but to highlight management's responsiveness: it's good. Would recommend!
