"Vakantiehuis was uitstekend. Geweldige tuin met fantastisch zwembad. Tuin geheel omheind. Als uitvalbasis richting diverse bezienswaardigheden prima gelegen. Het huis werd ook tussentijds geheel schoongemaakt. De communicatie met de eigenaar was in het begin uitstekend en heel snel. Bij de start werd ons aangegeven dat we gedurende de hele periode, ondanks het feit dat de eigenaar onder de vakantiewoning periodiek woont, alleen zouden zijn. Echter de laatste 4 dagen was de eigenaar plotseling en zonder vooraf kenbaar te maken terug in de woning. Hij bleek ook een hond te hebben, waardoor onze hond niet meer vrij rond kon lopen. En tot slot ontving de eigenaar ook nog visite, waardoor wij ons genoodzaakt voelden op het balkon te blijven. Uiteraard is het zijn eigendom, maar waren we graag vooraf even geïnformeerd. Aangezien wij erg gesteld zijn op onze privacy is er bij ons twijfel ontstaan over een eventuele terugkeer naar dit appartement. Huis, tuin en ligging krijgen zeker een dikke 10 en onze vakantie was verder uitstekend."

"Forma Boutique Suite was great! We unknowingly stayed there during the August holiday celebrations and were able to see the surrounding area come to life at night which was so nice! The only tricky part was parking since there’s no designated parking, but we were able to park in a nearby free lot and the walk wasn’t too bad (just some stairs that were tricky with luggage) - parking was really only an issue because we were there when the village had events at night and the place was busy, but otherwise we had no issues! The Suite was very clean and beautiful- it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We would definitely stay here again if we were visiting the area!"

"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet appartement qui offre une magnifique vue. Même s'il est assez isolé, les différents commerces sont à 10 mn de voiture. Chaque appartement dispose de sa terrasse et n'a pas de vis à vis, ce qui donne une certaine intimité non négligeable. La piscine est vraiment le point fort de cette location, elle est très propre, et il y a suffisamment de place pour tout le monde. Luca notre hôte était très sympathique, discret mais toujours disposé à nous renseigner ou donner des conseils sur les visites qui nous intéressaient. Le petit bémol concerne le ménage à notre arrivée !"

"Formidable maison fonctionnelle et avec un beau jardin ombragé .On se sent tellement bien au calme avec le chant des oiseaux sur la terrasse au petit déjeuner.Elisa et Mickele sont des hôtes adorables attentionnés et discrets .Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une région magnifiqueNous recommandons vivement cet hébergement et nous reviendrons sûrement Merci Elisa et Mickele et toute la famille a bientot avec Loulou"

"Le temps est passé par là. Les lieux ont vécu et nécessiteraient d'être rénovés. Toutefois, nous avons passé un bon séjour. Luca a fait de son mieux pour que notre semaine se déroule correctement."

"The location is beautiful, it really is in the middle of nature, with a lovely view from the garden. We saw fireflies, bats, birds, butterflies, geckos and more. Rosella was always on hand to answer all our questions and looked after us really well without being at all intrusive. The streets are very narrow but manageable, would have been easier with a smaller car. Upstairs really does need air conditioning but downstairs stays lovely and cool. The property is well equipped.There is a dedicated parking space, but you need to park carefully.There is a bar in the square L'arte del gelato, and they are very friendly and kind and really made us feel welcomed.It's in a good location for touring central Italy."
