Rivers Nest -Paradise on the Deck

  • Grand River Valley Region is known for Wineries, canoe, kayaking, fishing, golfing and country relaxing.
    It simply is an adorable, special place for friends or family to get away. Covered Bridges , Geneva on the Lake and The renowned Spire institute are a few specialties.But also we are rooted centrally located in the Winery Region. Come relax on a Grand deck overlooking the Grand River. Grill your favorite meal and enjoy the cottage kitchen. We are one of the few cottages right on the River. Remember these are renovated cottages. Enjoy the campfire all wood supplied . Additionally the River Oaks and also Edge are located together for an all included family and friends gathering.
    25$ per day per pet due upon departure.
    Price is based on 4 person occupancy.

Best place to stay in Geneva!

Val and John are the nicest people! The property is beautiful and so peaceful. We have gone there 2 years in a row while our son was a Spire Acadamy and we wouldn't stay any place else!

We had a wonderful 4 days at Rivers Nest. We fished right on the property and made s'mores at the fire pit every night. Having an endless supply of free firewood was so nice. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. The location is the best of everthing - beautiful views off the deck, peaceful location and very close to area wineries. Perfect spot for some family togetherness and fun. Oh and the dog loved it too - huge yard to play fetch.

Great weekend getaway place

House was very clean. Newly updated and super cute. I would recommend this property!! Very close to multiple winerys and about 18 minutes from Geneva on the lake. Great weekend!! Owners were very good communicators!!

We very much enjoyed our stay. What a gem of a place. All of the best wineries are no more than 10 minutes away!! The home was very clean and updated . We had everything we needed . Definitely a nice place to sit and enjoy that morning coffee and relax!

Beautiful Property

Very clean property that is pet friendly. This cottage sits right on the Grand River which made it such a peaceful experience. The owners were in communication often to make sure we had everything we needed. Far enough away from things to be relaxing but no more than 20 minutes from the nearest store.

Very peaceful getaway

My husband and I and our two adult children enjoyed the covered outdoor deck, since it rained much of the time. The neighborhood is quiet, so itā€™s easy to hear the birds, and we even had a woodpecker with us one evening. We visited many of the nearby wineries and had a very relaxing time. Beds are comfortable, too!

My husband and I as well as our two fur-babies had a really nice time at the Rivers Nest. It was our 35th wedding anniversary and Valarie had a card and freshly made cookies waiting for us when we arrived. Those little touches go a long way. The house was clean and very welcoming. We plan to go back again and again!
