"It does not look like the pictures. It was like staying in a motel. Very disappointed for the price of $217 a night"

"We stayed in a cottage and it was a great experience The staff was helpful and knowledgeable Food was good Beautiful sunsets on Lake Erie Plenty to do trails, bikes, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, fire pits and wineries galore, the list goes on and on We would highly recommend the area should stay a minimum of 4 nights We stayed for 5 and never ran out of different experiences"

"After making reservations received an email confirmation that also said that check-in was at 1pm. We arrived at 2:30 and was told that policy had just changed and we could not check in until 3 or pay $30 to check in early!!!! Also the bathroom floor was dirty with hair in the corners and spider and web near floor by the heat/air system. Room size(premium king) was decent and bed was pretty comfortable."

"Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine."
