"This is a great hotel. Like most areas in most big North American cities the area is afflicted with too many homeless people and smells and signs of drugs. Also $69 to park, and no warning when you book. Very hard to believe under any metric this isn’t a $45 markup. That’s called gouging. The hotel itself is awesome, clean and very chic, well-decorated. Would stay again. "

"It was a great stay. Nice, clean, quiet property. Great shower as well. I ended up leaving in a hurry and forgot my jacket. The staff has been so kind and courteous. Mrs Lesia and Alexus have gone above and beyond to assist me with getting it back and walking me through the entire process. I will definitely stay here again. You can never put a price on excellent customer service. Five star all the way!"
