"Toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall and the toilet paper was on the toilet tank- should be an easy maintenance issue I was surprised the room was provided to a guest with this not repaired. It was not asked if I was a Hilton Honors member or provided with WiFi information and had to go back to the desk to get the WiFi information. There is a box for tips on the wall in the breakfast area…. Very tacky in my opinion. This is a fully continental breakfast. "

"The host was really easy to communicate with. And the House was clean. It's easily accessible and close to the hospitals. However, I do not feel the description or pictures were accurate. Just a note for future guests. There are not any spices for cooking, you will also need to pick up coffee and laundry soap. And The pillows are very thin. "
