"Just needed to stop for sleep on a long cross countries drive - you can’t beat the price, i wasn’t expecting much but i had an amazing nights sleep. other reviews are correct in saying the outside of the building is crappy but the rooms themselves are perfectly clean and have everything you need - shower, bathroom, TV, comfy bed etc. Safe area, very friendly staff, would stop here again. "There were 9 of us there for the better part of two weeks and we all had a lovely time. Bathrooms were large and modern. It was terrific having a deck with a shaded picnic table for everyone to hang out. The pond is picturesque, if a little ripe, and the local walks and hikes are very pleasing. Renovations are ongoing: the place still needs some work, but overall it was very good."

There was no oven in the kitchen which was frustrating, just a very small microwave without oven feature.
