Got lucky on parking, grabbed the last spot available in the back, the front was full. Breakfast was incredible. "Pluses: the very center, nice avenue next with dancing fountains probably some 100 meters to walk, beautiful church infront, nice loby and restaurant surrounding. Building is probably from soviet era, but inside the room very clean. Minuses: not very friendly receptionist. We were told we must be present at the breakfast room from 8am to 9am (and explained it was because of covid reason to have less clients at the same time because later hours were booked).
