"The hotel and room were excellent! If I am going to pay $10 per person for breakfast, I guess I expect some hot protein options. It was a basic continental breakfast with mostly carbohydrates at $20/day for the both of us. The happy hour was nice, but the cost was higher than expected for what it was."

"Really nice property and everyone was lovely!"

"We were there for a concert. The hotel provided a shuttle to the venue! We didn't know this when we booked our room. What a nice surprise. Also, I forgot my phone in our room, of course our tickets for the concert were e-tickets! Ugh! I panicked. My husband called the hotel and the staff member went to our room, brought my purse to the venue, saving the day! I wish I knew his name because he was amazing providing exceptional service going above and beyond to say the least!"

"Everything I needed, although I wished the breakfast buffet had a few fresh-cooked items like scrambled eggs and bacon."

"The room was very clean, the staff was wonderful, the buffet breakfast was a nice bonus. The parking was convenient and easy, the location was fabulous. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful. Breakfast had a lot of choices. I would stay here again for sure."

"It was perfect"

"Sunday breakfast buffet is great! Try to avoid getting a room above the bar, especially if you have children as guests down there were very loud."

"Actually thought I was booking the hotel across the street which was where I wanted to stay. Staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast was no different than other hotels that offer breakfast. Pool was cold, hot tub broken, bottom of bathroom door was disintegrating and grout in tile between door and tub was black and wall was water damaged. Towels were well past their better days. Room was ok but dark and drab. A little Super 8ish for a much higher price."

"Room was clean, bed/pillows were comfortable, room was relatively quiet. Shower leaked slightly and could hear at night. Needing to work two TV remotes was a little bit of a hassle at times. Breakfast was just adequate, could improve some."

"Nice clean, quiet room. Decent bed/comfortable."

"I loved the laminate floor, they always feel cleaner to me than carpet. Breakfast was fine. Our remote for the TV didn’t work, but the staff got right on it and replaced it. We were traveling with our dog and there was plenty of green space to walk him. That’s something I always appreciate when we’re traveling. Overall a good stay."

"Just staying here on a weekend getaway. Great price if you’re just looking for a place to sleep. Staff was excellent and great breakfast options in the morning."

"Welcoming kind staff. Basic amenities that are required nothing more. Clean and cared for old building."

"Great location and very clean, has everything you want in a hotel."

"My family, friends, and I stay here every time we come to Sioux Falls to visit my son who is a student-athlete at AUGUSTANA University. We have been staying here for about 3-4yrs now at least 2-3 times during football season. Average stay is 2 days. Always a great time, pleasant staff, great amenities, very clean, and the breakfast usually has a nice selection. The area is nice, clean, and quiet as well."
