"Really like the look and feel of this hotel. Have stayed here before when in Nairobi. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food consistently good. I feel like the food is a bit overpriced but it is definitely good and good portions. The alcoholic beverages are quite reasonable though with the exception of the wine. A glass of wine is very expensive and overpriced. A great experience overall "
"The place was in bad shape, bad windows, doors not lock properly and very difficult to separate the commercial stores from the hotel. The place where the hotel is situated is not safe as in security wise. "
"The hotel disregarded my online booking and the beds were quite worn out and very uncomfortable. They don’t have an online booking system and made me pay money again to in KES and couldn’t reimburse me for the total amount I had already paid on hotels.com. Overall, it was the worst place I ever visited and will not recommend for any foreigner."
