"The best thing about this motel is the location; almost right to the gate of Sequoia National Park. You are paying a premium purely for the convenience of driving into the park within minutes, rather than spending an hour commuting from a larger town. However, lower your expectations. It’s a true motel, nothing more. The rooms are dated, and the amenities are bare-bones. Come for the convenience, but don't expect a resort experience."

"I do not recommend this hotel. They silently overcharge customers on different process fees. If we did not check, we were overcharged. The staff was not helpful to customer’s special needs and manager was not reachable. The sheet and pillows cover are dirty. Make customers uncomfortable to stay in this hotel. However this hotel got geographic advantage. If you booked and did not stay. You cannot find anther hotel or lodge easily nearby. I recommend Nearby Comfort Inn. Not this one."

"I highly recommend this establishment. It consistently maintains a pristine and immaculate environment. The staff exhibits exceptional politeness and assistance during our stays. The breakfast buffet, complemented by the coffee, is exceptional. Additionally, the pool is a valuable amenity during hot weather, and the hot tub is particularly noteworthy for guests staying in Dinuba. I wholeheartedly endorse this hotel."

"Perfect location on the Kaweah River, rapids surging right below the restaurant/deck. Small, independent run hotel from a bygone era...a little long in the tooth but a very pleasant stay. Great staff, great bar, restaurant really does well and the food is excellent. Prices for rooms and the restaurant are pretty high, but understandably given the limited season. Would I ever stay there again? YES...I really enjoyed the place, the food, and the staff."

"Very close to kings canyon NP. Hard to find such cheap place with private bath so close to the NP. These are really big houses split into smaller hotel-like rooms. Check Expedia messages on the day of arrival for details, as it took us quite some time to find the right door in the dark when we arrived as we had no cell connection thru the day in Sequoia. Expedia makes it hard to see the message (first emails, then have to login with the silly multi-factor authentication to see the mesage from...

"Our best thoughts about this property is that we'll never set foot in it again. Avoid the swimming pool. It hasn't had a good cleaning in years. Absolutely do not go barefoot in your room. Your feet will be black from the floors that never get cleaned. When we checked in we were asked if we needed housekeeping as we were there for two days. We said yes but all that was done was the bed was sort of made and we got new towels. Nothing was cleaned, but then it wasn't really clean when we first...
