Fully furnished including a new King Ecosa bed, linen and towels, high speed fibre internet, Netflix, kitchen. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops of Ponsonby, CBD and Westhaven Marina. Supermarket next door. Onramps to north, south and west motorways within five minute drive. Or sit on the deck and watch the city lights appear. Body corporate allows only one small animal. Booking means that you agree to all body corporate rules which can be sent to you.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Remove your car from the carpark first as you'll need the fob to exit the carpark. Park on College Hill, then re-enter the apartment.
Leave the key on the kitchen bench, and turn the lock inside before the door locks behind you. Please double check you have locked the door behind you.
As you walk out the apartment complex, there is a door release button to your right at the front exit/entrance.
