Location is great for accessibility to Newmarket, although a lot of construction happening in the surrounding area. The rooms were good without being great and free parking was a bonus.

Lovely staff at check in. Easy check in process. Suite did not feel that clean, carpet is very stained, very basic amenities. Bed is very firm. Good location however there is a construction site next door presently which contributed to the dust. Great to have a secured carpark on-site with no additional cost.

The location was ideal for our weekend plans. The suite was spacious, and although close to motorway, was noiseless. Great plus. Good secure parking. Staff, were pleasant and helpful. The huge disappointment was the very uncomfortable beds. We, were 3 adults, and that was the big let down factor, for an otherwise good value for money accomodation. I'd stay again, if the bed situation was remedied.

We stayed here for a few days in Auckland before heading off on a family trip with the kids, and it was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. Newmarket shopping centre is only about a 5-minute walk away, which made shopping, dining, and finding things to do with the kids really easy. Having on-site parking was also a big plus, as we didn’t have to worry about finding a parking space. The apartment was quiet with good soundproofing, and the heating worked really well, so we stayed warm and cosy even during the cold winter weather. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially useful when travelling with children. Overall, the place was clean and well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. Shampoo is provided, but there is no conditioner, so it’s worth bringing your own if you need it. Very happy with our stay and great value for the price. Would definitely recommend it for families looking for a convenient place to stay in Auckland.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay there: staff were courteous, bed was comfortable, ro9m was clean and I liked the quietness . The Wi-Fi was a bit of a let down though, it kept dropping out at times. But I would definitely stay there again!
