The main bedroom includes a queen bed, blackout curtains for restful sleep, a smart TV, and unlimited Wi-Fi. A second room with a single daybed, separated by a curtain, can be made up for sleeping if requested in advance. The apartment also includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and an in-unit washer/dryer for added convenience.

Pre-Check-In Requirements:
*We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.
*As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.
SELF CHECK IN to this apartment:
*Key pick up place is at 52 High street, collect the keys from the lockbox inside Habibi Café, open 24/7. The pickup spot is 300 m from the apartment, about a 5 minute walk or 8 minute drive.
*There is a basement carpark available for this apartment, more details will be sent closer to your check in date.
* There is no luggage storage available for this apartment, but we can suggest a few paid options nearby.
*Our check-in time is 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.
During stay & Departure:
*We provide a full set of beddings & linens as well as a set of towels per guest. Extra linens can be provided at a fee, please get in touch for more details.
*Extra cleaning service & linens changing can be arranged during your stay at additional cost, the fee would be the same as the cleaning fee listed per clean. For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guest’s expense, please contact us to request for this cleaning service in advance.
*We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out.
*Our latest check-out time is 10am.

We'll give guests space, we're not living onsite, but will be a message or phone call away if you need anything, and guests are welcome to pop into Oneciti Property Management office for any inquiries or a quick chat from 9am-6pm NZ time.
