Parnell Self-Contained Cottage

Self contained private studio in central Parnell. The room has a super king bed or can be split to two singles (by request). Open the french doors & enjoy the view from the balcony towards the City & Sky Tower. A short stroll to Parnell Road, Museum, Rose Gardens, Judges Bay & easy local transport. The space and Bedroom Setting
The studio comfortably fits a super King Bed (or 2 singles which can be separated upon request) with french doors leading to a deck area without outdoor chairs. There is a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, crockery & utensils etc but no cooking facilities (there is no kitchen).

We provide a variety of teas, coffee pods, milk/soy for your stay. There is a small table (2 chairs) and a lounge chair.
The studio has a self contained bathroom with a shower and toilet.
There is air conditioning for heating/cooling.
We endeavor to make your stay relaxed and comfortable and are happy to help to assist with any requests.

Guest access
Parking is 2 hours during the week 8am - 6pm and free on weekends. We can offer a parking permit if required during your stay (I just need the rego when you have it). Parking is close to the studio and plenty available. Please note: There are steps up to the front door to the studio.
