Privately owned, beautifully furnished, sunny and private access to true resort-style facilities - including one of the city's best rooftop pools with amazing views over the harbour.

Access to two gyms, indoor lap pool, spa pool/hot tub and outdoor tennis court make this the ultimate luxury stay. North facing, with all day sun, this apartment is set at the back of a huge courtyard, quiet and private for an inner city apartment, yet provides true resort living in the heart of the CBD.

Five to 20 minutes walk away you'll find: Auckland Ferry and cruise terminals, Britomart train and bus transport hub, our famous waterfront and Ponsonby's colourful, eclectic streetlife. The Viaduct and Wynyard Quarter are both renowned for their cafes, restaurants, vibrant nightlife and harbour buzz. Britomart, with all its boutiques, city green spaces, bars and restaurants is just five minutes away. Sky City Casino and award winning bars, restaurants and cafes are also just a few minutes walk.

Just five minutes drive to the main highway junction: choose to head north over the Harbour Bridge to stunning beaches and holiday resorts, West to our beautiful wild, black sand beaches such as Piha or South to famous Rotorua. A 10 minute drive or cycle will get you to Tamaki Drive renowned for famous waterfront and golden beaches, cafes and restaurants.

A trip to Auckland isn't complete without a ferry ride to Devonport and a day on Waiheke Island - world famous for its golden sand beaches, vineyards, award winning restaurants and cafes.

Wonderful
This was perfect for our 3 month stay. Walking distance to everything including the ferry and train station. The hosts were extremely helpful with many suggestions of where to go around town. If you are looking for a great stay this is it.

Center of downtown Auckland
This condo was perfect for two couple’s visiting Auckland for the first time. Close to the harbor and excellent restaurants all well within walking distance. Condo was clean and Jane was so accommodating. The patio was where we hung out most of the time we were “home”. Also enjoyed the rooftop pool and hot tub. I highly recommend this condo!!

A Wonderful Place
Snag this or if you can! We were there for 5 nights and found it very enjoyable. It was lovely to sit out on the deck in the evening. The neighborhood was lively, the apartment roomy, safe and peaceful. A perfect combination. We really appreciated the guest book with restaurant recommendations. The owners have great taste! We enjoyed Auckland and hope to make it back someday.

Fabulous condo
Our stay at the Heritage Hotel was absolutely lovely. Jane has to be one of the most helpful, kind and responsive hosts I have ever experienced in a vacation rental. The condo was comfortable, beautifully appointed, so well, equipped, and very comfortable in all aspects. The location was wonderful, so close to so much of Auckland. We were able to see so many places on foot. I would absolutely recommend Jane‘s place to anyone staying in Auckland.

Loved the apartment. It was a great location in the cbd. The rooftop pool was very scenic. Apartment was very clean, and all the little extras like washing machine soap and coins for the dryer was a nice touch

Wonderful apartment in a terrific location
This apartment is marvellous - very comfortable and well appointed. The balcony and outdoor space are great, and the huge windows make the apartment very light and airy. The location is terrific, within easy walking distance to ferries, buses, restaurants. Jane and Roger are wonderful hosts - they provide meticulous instructions for check in and to access the car park, and their overall communication is first class. Highly recommended!

We had just flown in from London needed a few days to regroup before heading down to family in Hawkes bay. This was an ideal apartment lots of space , great to have independence and hotel facilities pool etc. would defo recommend and stay again

My family had the pleasure of staying at this incredible apartment recently, and I am delighted to provide a reference for what was truly a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived we felt at home. The apartment itself was not only immaculately clean but also tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities provided were exceptional, exceeding my expectations. Comfortable bedding, spacious balcony and modern furnishings added a touch of luxury to my stay. The attention to the little things, such as high-quality toiletries, a thoughtfully stocked pantry and laundry with the little things one seldom thinks of, demonstrated a commitment to guest comfort. The facilities available in the complex were varied and comprehensive, from the rooftop pool to the spa, gym and sauna, to the tennis court and the onsite restaurant and bar. The location of the apartment was ideal, offering easy access to local attractions, public transportation, etc. I appreciated the convenience of nearby shops and restaurants, making it a seamless experience to explore the surrounding area.
