It was everything we required for a one night stay , it provided kitchen facilities that enabled a meal to be cooked. It is very well situated and easy to find right next to the main motorway from Auckland however there were no eateries that we found close hence the meal cooking

We did a last minute booking and straight he fitted me my partner and daughter to a room as we couldnt find accommodation close enough to my kids sports event at a good price like here. So good customer service and good place to stay at. Recommend to anyone.

The entry to this motel is from the Beach Rd which has the motorway exit and entrance right there Way overpriced for what it is

It is one of the best motels I have stayed in South Auckland. You can visibly see that these owners take pride in their business. The cleaning staff were accommodating and friendly. I am going to book again for next weekend as we have a wedding to attend in Pukekohe but will much rather stay at the Colonial Motel.

2nd time ive stayed here. Very inconvenient to the motorway. Nice and clean. The man who owns this place is very nice and pleasent. If you want easy motorwar access i recommend this place. During peak traffic times you will need to turn left and then left at traffic lights, do a u turn, turn right at lights then get in correct lane for motorway north or south.

We were nicely surprised at how much actually liked this place. Was clean, tidy, spaceous enough for us and had a kitchen with oven which we thought was a bonus. Staff and owners very helpful and polite. We will definitely be back.

The only reason i booked this hotel is because it promised a free swimming pool to relax in. Me and my daughter had our togs already packed then were told after we booked in that the pool had beem re painted and was empty. No warning before hand and no offer of a discount. I asked about breakfast in the morning as its stated on the motel room wall and the lady knew nothimg about it. We had no barh gowns and no real luxaries except for wifi and a tv and the room was tiny. I wouldnt be complainkmg about this at all if it didnt cost me almost $200. I have been to much nicer motels for the same price or even cheaper rhan this. Would not recommend

Look before you Leap

No COFFEE in unit, pillows were uncomfortable and free wifi was very weak and kept dropping off so not good to use. Very bad place to get into as on very busy road. Definely not good value for dollars and wouldn't recommend to my friends.
