The Space:

Welcome to our two bedroom apartment located in the Wynyard Quarter! You can't find a better location than this, and you will have all the city amenities within a short walk from the apartment, as well as the iconic Auckland Viaduct and the ASB Theatre within walking distance.



Here at Zodiak Stays, we have all the amenities and facilities you will need to make your stay in Auckland as comfortable as possible:

The two bedrooms both have brand new Queen sized beds, and one of the bedrooms has its own private en-suite bathroom.



The main room of the apartment has a fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, and dish washer. The living area has a sofa, a smart TV, and a dining table with four chairs. There is also a beautiful balcony with city views including the Sky Tower - great for a cup of coffee in the morning!



There is a washing machine and dryer tucked away in a cupboard next to the entrance.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire apartment, as well as the swimming pool and gym located on the Basement level.



The Neighborhood:

Everything you need is within walking distance from the apartment! Here are some suggestions for things to see and do on your visit to Auckland:



The Viaduct - the best bars and restaurants in the city! The New Zealand Maritime Museum is here, as well as Silo Park where you can watch outdoor films for free in the evening. You can also catch ferries from here to the amazing islands in the Hauraki Gulf like Waiheke, Tiritiri Matangi, and Rangitoto, as well as go on a whale and dolphin safari.



Federal Street - next to the Sky Tower (you can't miss it!) There are a lot of really nice bards and restaurants and cafes in this street, as well as the Sky City Casion and of course the Sky Tower. Dine at the top of tower at restaurant with the best views in Auckland, and jump off the Sky Walk to get down ;)



Aotea Square - Auckland's cultural centre. Surrounding the square you'll find the Town Hall, Aotea Centre, Event cinemas, and two theatres (The Civic and the Q). The square itself is a nice place to people watch and sip some coffee. An ice-rink is the main attraction here during winter.



Albert Park, Art Gallery and the Museum - Albert Park is a lovely place where you can chill and read, and the Auckland art gallery is next door on Wellesley Street. If you keep walking up Wellesley Street, past Auckland University, and across Grafton Road, you will eventually find Auckland Domain which is the biggest park in Auckland and has the Auckland War Memorial Museum, as well as an amazing botanical garden.



Karangahape Road (a.k.a 'K' Road) - If you head up the hill on Queen Street, you'll eventually reach K Road, where you'll find Auckland's alternative night scene. Many great bars, live music, shisha cafes, and cheap takeaways are what K Road is known for.



Ponsonby – If you head West of the CBD, you will find the Ponsonby area. There is old colonial-style architecture there, many great stores for shopping, restaurants, bars, and cafes. Some of the best restaurants in Auckland are here, especially great for fine dining as this is an up-market area of Auckland.



Apart from these mini adventures, Queen Street (main street the city) is filled with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, live music venues, and more! Make sure you explore High Street as well, which lies just parallel to Queen Street. That whole area is very nice to walk, relax, or dine out in, and tends to be a bit cheaper than Queen Street if you want to do some shopping.



If you want to explore further Auckland then you can take a walk towards the Viaduct from the apartment. There you will find Britomart station. (Bus and train)



Getting Around:

There is the SkyBus to and from the Airport, or via taxi. For trains, busses, and ferries: Britomart bus and train station/Wynyard Wharf Ferry Terminal and Downtown Pier 4. You can also use the Lime Scooters to get around the city, as well as Uber (or Zoomy – NZ’s version of Uber).

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.



Personal check-in: One of our team will meet with you to show you into the apartment. Please let us know your arrival time so we can arrange this



Parking: There is a free secure carpark in the building allocated to this apartment



Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.



Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.



Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay (4x shampoo, 4x bodywash, 8x tea/coffee, 4x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.



Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.



Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.



This is a professionally managed apartment by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced apartment. As above, weekly housekeeping can still be arranged as an extra service.



Interaction with Guests:

Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.
