"This was my third time staying at HIE in Auckland , that should say it all. The staff is always welcoming, accommodating and super friendly. The entire facility is clean and that is at the top of my must-haves. Will always return here when passing through Auckland."
"The staff truly made this property 5 star, the lobby and surrounding areas were in beautiful condition. We were upgraded to the Suite which was very much appreciated. I found the suite was very spacious. the shower in the bathtub and the amenities weren't quite the 5 star experience I would have expected, however everything was in good working order and the staff went above and beyond to assist me with an early check in.

"Stayed at the Grand Chancellor Auckland and honestly, the rooms were great, the location was spot on, but let’s be real—the true five-star experience was the bar staff. I don’t know what kind of magic training they’ve had, but I’m convinced they could mix a cocktail blindfolded while simultaneously solving world peace."
