"Our family reunion of 6 stayed here for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this amazing 450 year old Tower. We had meals and played games in the great room, viewed the sunsets from the rooftop ramparts and generally lived like the Royal family (minus the servants of course). It served as an unforgettable and spectacular setting for a long overdue reunion for our family. We would return in a heartbeat."

"Kathleen was an excellent host and made us feel very welcome. While there was an initial concern about birds in adjacent, tall trees, it turned out to be a peaceful, quiet setting and very comfortable. We used it as a base for exploring Galway and surroundings, including the Kylemore Abbey."

"The owner was very helpful in many ways so that was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and it was a good location. The place was nice but was listed as 2 bathrooms which it had, but the shower wasn't working in one which left 4 adults using one shower in a "wet floor" shower so it was always a mess. The first floor bathroom had no lighting by the sink so we all had to use the other bathroom for makeup, hair and shaving. Towels were awful. With a few tweaks it would be great."
