"Check-in was hard to find (it is in the Casino). There was no hot water and it was not very clean. They have not refunded our 200 Euro deposit, and they will not respond to emails. All of this aside, the location is very convenient. We were able to walk everywhere."

"We were pleased with the location of this property on the docks: close to the Spanish Arch and Galway City Museum which has the tourist information center.
